The Spinout Auction and How It Works May 29 2014

Have you heard? We've been having auctions on facebook and instagram every tuesday night at 8:30 pm CST!

What's a social media auction?

Well, see it's not really an "auction". You don't actually bid a price. We offer a certain number of items on our Facebook and Instagram at a discounted price in a limited quantity. Then you leave your email, size, color, etc, on the item you want.

How do I bid or get the item I want?

Jump on our social media pages on Tuesdays at 8:30 pm CST and take a look at the items up for sale. If you see something you like, just leave your email address,desired size, color, or other pertinent information. If you don't wish to leave your email address, you can register with us through your own facebook or instagram. It's as easy as one click! Register here!

What happens then? How do I pay?

After you leave your information, an invoice will be sent to the email address you listed or associated with your facebook/instagram. You will have 24 to 48 hours to pay the invoice.

When will my item ship? How long will it take?

If items are in stock they will be shipped out within 48 hours of the invoice being paid. If it was a pre-order item, your order will be shipped withing 2-3 days after we receive it in our store.

How much do you charge for shipping? If I live in town, can I pick it up?

NOTHING. Shipping for our auction items is always free! Are you local? Come on by and pick it up! Just let us know in the comment or a message that you want to pick up your item!

Can I return it if I don't like it?

Unfortunately not. All sales are final for all auction items.
